No. 2 : Kitchen Scoop

Loaded with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, cherries are much more than just sweet, they’re a powerful, bite-size health boost.  Cherries contain anthrocyanins, the red pigment in berries. Anthrocyanins are potent antioxidants under active research for a variety of potential health benefits.

No. 3 : Clever Idea

Who says this salsa has to be used just for pork? Try it with chicken, as a spread for a turkey burger or all by itself with chips. If you’re not eating meat try stuffing a grilled Portabella with it. Or top goat cheese with the yummy salsa, and serve it with crunchy crackers.
