No. 2 : Kitchen SCOOP
Serrano ham is an air-dried ham from Spain, similar to Prosciutto. One of the biggest differences be- tween the two is that the Serrano is cured for much longer – 18 to 24 months compared to Prosciutto’s typ- ical curing time of 10 – 12 months. This means Serrano is more strongly flavored, and Prosciutto has a smoother lightly salted taste.

Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence
About $13
Yes! Rosé is a great way to welcome friends and family during the holidays. This one is a blend of mostly Grenache
and Syrah grapes, a very classic combination for the wines of Provence. You’ll enjoy raspberries and stfruit, (peaches and nectarines), in the aroma with the addition of white flowers and cherries in the taste. A great value wine to celebrate with this season!
