Are you getting tired of the same old dressings – out of the fridge door or delivered? Its time to shake up your taste buds by making these easy and delicious dressings yourself! Why would you want to do this?
ONE – You control the ingredients, no soybean oil, veg oil or any other oil you don’t want to eat! No preservatives either – or added sugar or salt
TWO – They are easy, quick-to-make and cheap! Ounce for ounce, these dressings are so much less expensive than the bottle dressings and they are so much better for you!
THREE – You can make them with the ingredients you love! Don’t like dijon mustard? Sub in yellow mustard. Want a creamy dressing? Just add a couple of tablespoons of nonfat Greek Yogurt or Avocado or Olive Oil mayo – Voila! Creamy Dressing!
They will keep in the fridge for 4 of 5 days so why not make them both and set up a salad bar? Use them as a dipper for crunch crunch veggies for an afternoon snack. Marinate a chicken breast before it goes on the grill or into the oven. Your creativity is the only limit – WooHOOOO!
