Here’s the easiest ever way to make a quick dip that everyone will love. So easy in fact that you can have the kids help you make it! It makes the most of an avocado by including it in a dip to make the dip creamy and delicious. Let’s face it – a serving of avocado is officially 1/3 of a medium one – Who eats that? This way you can enjoy the avocadoes fresh flavor and add to beans with fiber and protein to make the perfect dipper. Serve it up anyway you want – no sesame seeds? Use a little cilantro! And if you’d like it to have a little kick you can always add a sprinkle of chile powder or cayenne to the food processor. Keep in the fridge for 4 or 5 days and serve it up as a snack anytime!
