More Strawberries? Why yes, we’d love to enjoy fresh and seasonal strawberries in all our recipes this time of year! Like this one: a salad that features two of our favorite foods – avocados and strawberries. Brightened with the zesty taste of lime and sweet with honey its sure to be a hit at your table.
Mint makes the dressing even more flavorful and you’ll need just a teaspoon for flavor – mint is strong! Not only strong in taste, but nutrition too. Mint is very helpful with digestion, nausea, and headaches. Even if you are not eating mint but just smelling it, you can reap some of the benefits to help your head and energy level. The herb is a naturally soothing substance, so it can alleviate the inflammation and temperature rise that is often associated with headaches and migraines. Mint is a natural stimulant and can help with depression and low energy levels.
