Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck has returned from a week in Russia highlighting American food and wines for the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service and the U.S. Department of State as part of ongoing efforts in “culinary diplomacy.” She had a great opportunity to work alongside Russian chefs as well.
