• We’ll start by visiting Chile and checking out gorgeous wines from the Andes as we enjoy a seafood soup accompanied by a pair of zesty whites.
• Then we’ll move on a Creamy Shallot and Manchego Souffle with some of Chile’s signature reds.
• Next, we’re off to Argentina where we will enjoy Churrasco, or grilled meats, along with lemon garlic roasted potatoes and a trio of favorite Argentinean standouts.
• We’ll conclude our journey with the perfect Deep Dark Chocolate Orange Cake with Dulce de Leche.
