We’ve all enjoyed wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone, Alsace, and Loire – but what about the rest of France? Come join Chef Nancy Waldeck as she explores the other delicious wines of France along with a menu of French specialties. Beginning with a trio of whites we’ll enjoy a delicious seafood starter, followed by Coq au Vin with a quartet of juicy reds. Tonight’s piece de resistance will be a sweet Lavender Cake and Fresh Berries served with a demi sec sparkler. After tonight’s class, you’ll look at French wines in a whole new light!
