There’s nothing better than stopping by a roadside market stand and loading up with all the fresh fruits and vegetables, then heading into the kitchen and cooking a meal that features the bounty of summer and popping open the perfect pairing bottle.  Crystal and Nancy will prepare a meal that highlights summer’s harvest and then Nancy will pair each course with a wine to make the food sing with flavor.

• Start with tomatoes THREE ways:  classic bruschetta and roasted cherry tomato and herbed goat cheese crostini and  Chilled Tomato Soup with Shrimp
• Grilled Pork Tenderloin with No Cream Creamed Corn and Sweet Potato Salad
• Fresh corn cornbread with honey butter
• Bourbon-peach crumble with buttermilk ice cream
