You may think of the Med as just Greece, but there are 21 countries with coastlines on the Mediterranean Sea. Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck will be serving up delicious food from more than a handful, and pouring delicious wines from them, too! Your gastronomic tour will include:
• Moroccan Medley of Carrot Salad; Oil Cured Black Tapenade, Goat Cheese Mousse and Sesame Flatbread paired with a duo of gorgeous whites
• We’ll head to France for a Camembert Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette and a pair of lighter reds
• Mediterranean Roasted Tomato Chicken with Capers, Herb Roasted Potatoes and Feta and Spicy Squash Ribbons
• Our armchair trip ends with Luscious Lemon Yogurt Cake and the perfect dessert wine
