About the speaker: Michelle Dudash, RDN, is a registered dietitian and Cordon Bleu-certified chef who has performed cooking segments on ABC’s “The Chew,” “The Doctors,” “FOX & Friends,” and on her regular monthly television segments in Phoenix and Indianapolis for the past 10 years. Additionally she has been featured in cooking videos for national brands. She is the author of the cookbook Clean Eating for Busy Families, which has sold nearly 25,000 copies, and the creator of Clean Eating Cooking School: Monthly Meal Plans Made Simple.
