We’re heading to South America to taste the exciting wines of Argentina and Chile. Join Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck as she explores wonderful food and wines from the southern hemisphere. We’ll start by visiting Chile and checking out gorgeous wines from the Andes as we enjoy a seafood soup accompanied by a pair of zesty whites. Then we’ll move on a Creamy Shallot and Manchego Soufflé with some of Chile’s signature reds. Off to Argentina where we will enjoy Churrasco, or grilled meats, along with lemon garlic roasted potatoes and some Argentinean standouts like Malbec. We will end our dinner with Deep Dark Chocolate Orange Cake with Dulce de Leche and a matching deep dark red.
