We’ll taste them as we begin with a crispy Potato Parsnip Cake with Crème Fraiche and Caviar and a sampling of Chardonnays, shift to an array of excellent reds paired with a California Chicken Saltimbocca and Herb Rubbed Veggies and end by exploring the incredible sparklers from the central coast with a slice of Chocolate Chile Pecan Cake topped with Chocolate Chile Frosting.
