Not only does the Loire Valley stretch from the middle of France to the coast, it’s sometimes called “The Garden of France”. This beautiful area is home to gorgeous veggies, shellfish, fish and meat too! Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck will be your host in the tour of the Loire, a region steeped with history, chateau and fabulous wines and food.
• Crispy Almond Crab Cakes with Lemon Caper Remoulade with a pair of crisp whites
• Strawberry Avocado Salad with Rose Vinaigrette with a tasting of the best rose
• Sliced Sirloin with Warm Peanut Sauce on a bed of roasted vegetable puree with Asparagus and Goat Cheese mousse and a trio of the delicious Cabernet Francs from the region
• Apple Tarte Tatin and a delightful sparkler
